Dragon Scales pyrography art Birch wood wand
 
Birch wood makes the most beautiful and purposeful wand. This piece has a little of the irridescent chatoyance which can most often be found in specific woods like birch, maple, sycamore and mahogany. This certainly enhances the magical look of this wand.
 
I have added pyrography dragon scales with a deco look. They bring a subtle dragon energy to this wand. Dragon energy is particularly linked with creation, self empowerment, greater abundance and protection.
 
Birch (Beithe) is the 1st lunar month of the Ogham. It has a feminine energy, Element- water, and Planet- moon.
Most strongly associated with new beginnings and new opportunities and is great for change, clearing away old patterns and establishing new ones, losing fear of the unknown. It will help cleanse, protect and nourish.

This wand has been finished with an organic mineral oil and wax.
To keep your wand protected, looking and feeling great, it can be good practice to re-oil yearly using a mineral oil or olive oil.
