Delivery is only available to UK addresses

Orders will be packaged and sent out within 2-3 business days.

Expect to receive your order within 10 days of purchase. If you need an item sooner please email us to ask about 24 or 48hr shipping options before purchasing from us.

If for any reason you choose to cancel your order please aim to do so within 2 days. After this time our returns policy will be applicable.

All items are sent using either recycled, recyclable or re-used packaging.

Most items will be shipped using Royal Mail and a service that is suitable to the value of the order.

Returns Policy
Sanctuary Studio Arts offers a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked when you buy from us online through sanctuarystudioarts.co.uk. However if you buy from us at an arts & craft fair or other in person event then you buy the work as seen.

To arrange a return for any reason please contact us by email to SanctuaryStudioArts@gmail.com before sending any items back and we will confirm what to do next.

Commissioned and personalised pieces are not subject to the same returns policy as these pieces have been specifically created to your pre-agreed requirements. If you are unhappy with your custom piece, please contact us by email and we will do our best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

The buyer is liable for the cost of return shipping to the artist. Please contact sanctuarystudioarts@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your art work then please contact us within 14 day of receiving it to return the work.

Before sending anything back please contact us.
1.The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is well packaged to prevent possible damage and send using a pre agreed postal service. Packaging wise it is often best to use what it arrived in, unless that is too damaged to use effectively..
2. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3. You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the art work with both the art work and packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
4. Once we have received the returned piece in expected condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the goods returned including the original cost of postage (if this was an additional cost to the purchase). Please see our returns policy.

Returns Process

e will send you full details of how to return the item/s.
We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item. 

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event of your purchase arriving damaged i.e. is damaged in the post, please contact us within 14 days of purchase by emailing sanctuarystudioarts@gmail.com. Where possible we ask that you include photos of the packaging and item/s that are damaged, along with a written overview of the damage.

Damage caused after you receive the art will not be considered for refund unless the piece is deemed to be faulty.

How Can I Cancel My Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at sanctuarystudioarts@gmail.com as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
