Ravens flying on beech wood wand
Made using a lovely piece of fallen Beech from our local forest. This rustic looking wand has been carefully hand worked to remove the outer bark, shaped and sanded while trying to maintain the integrity of beauty of the natural shape of the wood, then the original pyrography art of 3 ravens in flight was burned onto the wand.
This wand has been finished with an organic mineral oil.
To keep your wand protected, looking and feeling great, it can be good practice to re-oil yearly using a mineral oil or olive oil.
Beech (Phagos) is considered the Mother of the wood and is thought to symbolise time, nurturing and protection, knowledge and wisdom. She is also used as a good luck charm.
